Public transport isn't very reliable. The bus often gets full and delayed, while the ferry only stops in the village a few times each day. Sound travels well from the corridor into the room, which might wake light sleepers early in the morning. Navigating the narrow roads can be tricky and parking can get stressful.

Really quiet area, stunning and absolutely perfect location, just next door to the boats as well as the car ferry from the town nearby. Best staff interactions. Very impressed with a double room with the balcony.

The employees were best all the time. I've been here for 6 nights, the breakfast was overall excellent with the outstanding view.

Very efficient and genuinely helpful staff and everything was perfect. It was located close to a port in Lezzeno.

The hotel was a fabulous base for enjoying a very quite area, next to the centre of Lake Como, the boats run far more frequently and decent restaurant...

We loved our room with a lake view! The food in the restaurant was pretty good, and the breakfast selection was enjoyable. Plus, the bus stop is right down the street. A fantastic experience!

Our room had a cute little balcony where we, like, soaked in that killer lake view, listening to the gentle waves and birds. Super chill vibes! The food at the restaurant was, like, so good and their breakfast spread was enough to fuel us for our adventures. Just a heads up, parking's a bit tricky with those narrow roads, kinda stressful driving around, yo!

the room was a tad small for my liking, but the breakfast views were a solid 10/10! 🌅 the staff were super friendly 🙌 and the on-site restaurant had amazing homemade italian dishes. also, it's perfectly located for exploring nearby spots.

The amazing terrace offered amazing views of the lake. Room was spacious with ample amenities, although our sleep was occasionally disturbed by noisy guests. Free parking is a bonus, but navigating the narrow roads can be challenging. Better to rely on bus and ferry services for exploring the area. The frequent bus service to nearby places like Bellagio is convenient, but it could be crowded at times.

The staff were cute and even stayed up late for our arrival, which reminded me of they actually cared. The breakfast view was amazing, we sipped coffee while enjoying the serene lake like it was a perfect scene in a movie!

We enjoyed our time on the terrace with breakfast, taking in some fantastic lake views. We visited Bellagio and Varenna, both easily reachable via bus and ferry. The hotel provided a packed breakfast for our early flight, super thoughtful. Highly recommend enjoying drinks at the bar after a day of exploring.

One downside was a loud family nearby on our last night, talking loudly late into the night, which interrupted our sleep. While it's not the hotel's fault, it was a bit frustrating.

The location was perfect for exploring, without the crowds. I loved chilling on the terrace, soaking in the amazing views!
